With a passion for design and building, Simon brings extensive industry and technical knowledge to every project. With over 25 years of experience, our team has successfully delivered a wide range of projects, from high-end custom designed luxury homes to commercial and industrial buildings.

Our Design Process
At Argent Design, we follow a comprehensive design process that ensures that your vision is realised to perfection.
Feasibility
Our design process begins with a thorough understanding of your needs and preferences. We work closely with you to understand your vision, and develop a design concept that meets your requirements.
Design Development
Once the conceptualisation phase is complete, we move on to the design development phase. Here, we refine the design concept and develop detailed plans and specifications that incorporate your feedback and ensure that your project is aesthetically pleasing, and complies with all relevant planning controls, ensuring a swift approval.
Approval Documentation
Once the design is finalised, we create detailed approval documentation to support a
DA or CDC pathway. We will liaise with all of the necessary consultants to obtain supporting reports, including town planner, bushfire consultant, geotech, arborist, engineer, landscaper, BASIX, etc.
We will help guide you through the approval process with your council or private certifier, so you have everything you need to get your build underway.
